CULTURA GAUCHA

Los gauchos cuidan vacas y ovejas en las zonas más remotas y salvajes, viviendo durante todo el año en condiciones sencillas, con sus fieles caballos y perros como compañía.

No importa cuál sea el clima, el gaucho despierta temprano todos los días para prender fuego, tomar su primer mate y preparar su comida que se cocinará lentamente mientras está fuera, cuidando de los animales e instalaciones de la estancia.

Son almas solitarias con millones de historias.

					Enrique Galope Austral – 10/10  – I had the loveliest morning with Enrique and a group of riders! I have riding experience but go infrequently, so I was hoping we’d get to do more than walk.… read more They took us on a beautiful trail ride in a valley that popped out to open space and had multiple opportunities to gallop. The experience was amazing, landscape was beautiful, and the leaders (Enrique and Charlotte) were so cool!!

					Amazing experience, not to be missed if you’re a horse-lover!  – Amazing experience, not to be missed if you’re a horse-lover! My boyfriend and I booked this as a last minute add-on as we had a free day after completing the… read more W Trek and we were so pleased we did. We did a half day experience and it was one of our favourite activities of the whole trip. The staff are lovely and you can really tell they care about the horses and are passionate about what they do. They take time to talk through everything before you start the ride and make sure you’re doing everything possible to ensure the horses are comfortable during the experience. This is definitely not just your standard holiday horse riding experience where you follow along in a line and only walk – you’re given so much freedom and my boyfriend and I were even able to canter ahead on our own a couple of times which was amazing. The scenery and horses are absolutely beautiful and the guides take photos and videos throughout which they sent to us straight away afterwards. One of the best experiences I’ve been on and only wish we’d had more time to do a full day trip!
