- Your guide will explain you how to best communicate with your horse, talk about the local culture, and you will discover sensational landscapes, away from the most beaten paths.
- You will spend around 2h30min on horseback, trail ride of 12 km.
- We will ride through Estancia Lucia, which is dedicated to raising cattle. We will pass through woods, cross rivers, go up and down hills, and reach beautiful viewpoints. If the weather is clear, we will even have views of the Paine's massif.
- Daily schedule : 9:30-12:30 or 15:00-18:00.
- Limited number of saddles, please book in advance.
- Difficulty : medium. Does not require previous experience on horseback, maximum weight of 95kg.
- Private rides available for experienced riders.

1. Estancia Lucia, horse ride opened to all
- A day disconnected from civilization and connected to nature, exploring untamed wilderness.
- Trail ride lasting around 7 hours or 26 km.
- We will ride through Estancia Lucia, exploring most of its fields. We will pass through woods, cross rivers, go up and down hills, reach beautiful viewpoints and a remote gaucho cabin (puesto) where we will dismount for lunch. If we are lucky, we may participate in some daily ranchwork or share a mate with our gaucho friend Juan.
- Schedule of the activity : 9:30-16:30.

2. Estancia Tres Pasos, horse ride for advanced riders
- Trail ride lasting around 7 hours or 26 km.
- We will traverse part of the estancia's 4.000 hectares, exploring the valley without meeting a soul during the whole day. The trail passes behind Mount Otten, with views on the Ventana, Castillo and Campana mountains, through extensive grasslands of sheep and cattle, crossing rivers and woods. Lunch at a typical “puesto”.

VALLE TRES PASOS

THE 6 RANCHES TRAVERSE

TRAINING FOR TRAIL RIDE GUIDES
As equine professionals, we love to share our knowledge and passion. We offer the possibility to professional local tour guides to learn the necessary skills to lead horseback excursions.
The trail ride guide training will give you all the tools you need to understand horse psychology and manage horseback rides, guaranteeing the highest standards of safety for your guests, but also allowing them to have fun and enjoy their adventure.
